First visit?
The map pages require Java support. If Java is installed on the system and is enabled the browser
should automatically install a map viewing applet the first time when you attempt to view the map or enter the web site with a map in it. This is a free software tool that allows you to view the map. If you are having problems receiving the control, please make sure Java is installed on your system and is enabled.

If you are not sure if you have Java installed or enabled you may download and install Java Standard Edition from http://java.sun.com/downloads/  or if you are using Internet Explorer you may update your browser by clicking on Tools > Windows Updates and selecting all critical updates options.
