Application Steps

1. Select use - Select the general use that the permit is intended for.  Only permits types that are allowed on the internet will be displayed.
2. Select Job site - Select the job site for permit, if you are a homeowner then you will only be allowed to select a property that you own.
3. Select permit type - Select the major use and work proposed for the permit.
4. Select permit info - Provide the permit information that is required for the type of permit being applied for.
5. Select fixtures - Select the permit fixtures that is required for the type of permit being applied for. 
6. Sign application - Read the application and sign off where necessary.
7. Issue permit - The system will automatically issue the permit if this stage is reached.
8. Checkout - Pay the fees due and Issue permit if no outstanding city process requiring city intervention is required.
