1) The New Construction Activity Report is a listing of all
new construction permits issued between a certain date range.
It contains the following information: Tract, Lot, APN, Folder Number/ Permit Number,
Permit Date, Owner, Contractor, Job Location and short job description, Permit Approvals,
Folder Sub-Type, Work Proposed, Census Code, Valuation, Sq Ft, Dwelling Units.

2) The Chronology Permit Activity Report is a listing of all permits issued
between a certain date range.

3) The Permit Data file is in a TAB delimited format. You can download and view Permit Data files in EXCEL.
Here are the steps to download and view Permit Data files in Excel:
- Open File Menu
- Click on save as
- Save as a .txt document
- Open saved document in Microsoft Office Excel
If you open the file in EXCEL, you can then select and copy/paste any
or all of the fields onto a new EXCEL worksheet. You can sort this file by whatever field
you choose. Click for your selection
